February Half Term Panto School

If you love Sevenoaks Panto, and you also love performing, then the brand new Panto School might just be the perfect way for you to spend your February Half Term!

Working directly with some of the creative team and cast who have produced Sevenoaks Panto for the last fifteen years, young performers aged between 11-18 years, with a passion for acting, singing or dance, can sign up for five days of intensive training with industry professionals. As well as developing skills as a performer, participants will also learn all about the art of panto, working on scripts, comedy routines, songs and dance styles that are used every year to create the annual pantomime season at the Stag.

Young performers will get the chance to have a go at all elements of panto, but when signing up, participants can also identify a specialist area to focus on, either acting, singing, or dance, and get extra attention focusing on those skills.

The price of the five day course is £250, and the workshop will run from 10am-5pm from Monday 12-Thursday 15 February. On Friday 16 February, participants will rehearse from 10am, and there will be a presentation of some of the skills the young performers have developed, at 2.30pm.
